CS: Dressed to Frill

With the change of seasons comes a change in fashion for better or for worse. One of the most in-demand among the CS universe: Lolita dresses! Dress you character (Male OR female) in a dress full of kawaii and wonder or lacey and gothic. Tell us admins how they ended up in said attire; was it a dare, they thought it was cute or is this everyday wear?

Shae had heard of Lolita fashion, and though not having any interest in clothing, she had never looked too much into it. But after having heard many people talking about it, and spotting even more wearing these clothes suddenly, Shae decided that it was time to see what it was all about.

She did a lot of research first. Information was always the first step in any endeavor. Then she sought out stores that stocked the type of clothing, the different kinds. There certainly was a lot of lace and patterns and frills - Shae didn't quite understand the reason for so much of it all. But she supposed that people thought they were pretty, though she couldn't help but to think they were simply unnecessary. They had no functionality, no purpose.

But she was committed now. She would try on one of these dresses - for the experience if nothing else.

After getting some help from the salesperson, Shae went home and tried on the dress she bought. It was soft, while still having a kind of structure to it. She didn't mind that so much, and there weren't as many unnecessary details as some of the others she had investigated. Looking in the mirror, it was incredibly strange to see herself in the dress. She didn't often dress up, preferring more simple clothes. She wasn't certain that she liked it, but she found that she didn't outright hate it either.

A part of her felt kind of cute. Pretty.

And perhaps that was the point of it all.

This was a neat little project to do xD Liked giving Shae a different hairstyle haha I figured Shae would prefer a style of dress with a little less of the frills and things, so I'm pretty happy with how it turned out! I like that I feel as though I am starting to get a feel for lil Shae, so that's good! <3
